Provide direct childcare and work with the service team to implement programs designed to meet the physical, developmental, and emotional needs of all residents. Education: high school diploma or GED. Preferred: one year of experience in childcare related areas.
Apply NowPerform resident care as directed by the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse, respond directly to resident requests and appropriately communicate the resident needs, assist with resident hygiene as needed and document in the medical record according to established procedures, administer medication to residents based on physician’s description, following treatment charts or schedule, to ensure treatment efficiency, handle details of residents’ treatment and behaviors with a high sense of confidentiality, adhere to standards of the medical profession, and federal, local, and state laws.
Apply NowTo provide case management, resource development and aftercare services to all assigned residents and work to achieve identified permanency goals work, psychology, mental health counseling or related field in support of positive resident service outcomes. To provide childcare services for the safety, permanency and well-being of children and young adults as mandated by the policies and procedures of Sanctuary of Hope in conjunction with Minimum Standards for General Residential Operations licensed by the state of Texas. Required: Bachelor's degree in social work and 1 year of professional social services experience or a bachelor's degree in a non-related field and 2 years of professional social services experience.
